Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is hiring Chat Support Agents! We offer an industry-leading benefits package including a competitive salary, 13th Month Pay, and HMO with 3 free Beneficiaries from Day One.
Your responsibilities will include answering client calls, assisting with inquiries, and communicating effectively through phone and written correspondence.
We seek candidates who are college graduates, high school or senior high school graduates with BPO experience, and possess excellent English communication skills. Onsite work within 25km to 35km is required.
