Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 28k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with ticket inquiries and bookings.
- Resolve issues on our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Ensure customer information security.
