Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for solving complex technical issues? We are currently seeking a Tech/Systems Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and resolving technical inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
- Documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
- Assisting with system upgrades and deployments
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of computer systems and networks. Previous experience in a similar technical support role is preferred.
