Job Description
As a Financial Operations Manager, you will lead and manage a team to drive profitable results. Your responsibilities include hiring, training, and retaining team members while fostering a positive work environment and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications: A college degree is required, with at least 2 years of experience in US Banking/Financial account and 3 years as a Team Manager. This is an onsite position at Matina IT Park, Davao City, night shift.
Compensation: Monthly salary of Php75,00.00 – Php95,00.00, with benefits including health insurance.
