Job Description
CABALEN MANAGEMENT CO. INC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in business or a related field, along with basic accounting knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include creating a culture of training, managing budgets, directing operational aspects, and enhancing customer experience through staff evaluations.
Job Type: Full-time, 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
