Job Description
Newbie Station Logistic Inc., an expanding organization established in the Philippines in 2021, is seeking a qualified HR Manager for our Biñan warehouse. You will lead a small team, overseeing daily operations including talent acquisition and compensation management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 5 years of preferred experience in warehouse logistics, strong knowledge of HR practices and DOLE regulations, effective leadership and communication skills, fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. Benefits include on-site parking, overtime pay, and a 13th-month salary.
