Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls while responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyzing situations and offering effective solutions for customer issues.
- Managing multiple tasks such as data entry and communication; adhering to scripts and guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,500.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, paid training, promotion opportunities, staff meals, and work-from-home options.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
