Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist at Aux, you will be responsible for managing strong supply chain relationships with our customers. Your main duties include processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also follow company procedures to consistently meet customer expectations.

- Accurately manage customer orders and update on statuses.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment.
