Job Description
In line checking of production with interval of 2 hours – checks packaging area, packing, coding, and codes, cutting, sleeving, and shrink tunnel.
Checks production personnel and visitors for loose items.
Drop item monitoring – rejected materials due to dropping.
Creates and prints production labels for casing and loose sachets.
Checks area cleanliness every end of shift area assignment per personnel.
Monitors ongoing filling and pulverizing activity. Checks fill seal weights through intervals.
Records production rejects and sort and forwards designated person to handle rejects.
Forwards PMR to QC Officer for report compilation.
