Job Description
The Talent Strategy Manager plays a vital role in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition and retention strategies within an organization. This position requires a deep understanding of the organization’s business goals and objectives, as well as the ability to identify, attract, and cultivate top talent.
As a Talent Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing current talent needs and future talent requirements, developing strategic recruitment plans, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with the organization’s values and culture.
In addition to recruitment, you will also focus on talent retention strategies such as performance management, employee development programs, and succession planning. By creating and implementing these programs, you will ensure that the organization has a strong talent pipeline and the ability to retain key employees.
