Job Description
Join our team at Sapient BPO Solutions in QC Cubao! We are urgently hiring dedicated Customer Service Representatives with an opportunity to earn up to Php 25,00 monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information and assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. BPO experience preferred. Good communication skills are a must.
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 25,00.00 per month with additional benefits.
