Job Description
Join our team at RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy as a BPO Account Specialist! You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for:
- Answering customer questions
- Addressing customer concerns
- Troubleshooting issues
- Processing orders
- Escalating complex issues
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php19,00.00/month

Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of BPO call center experience.
