Job Description
Position Title: Property Manager
Reports to: PMS Director
Summary Responsibilities:
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the property. This includes overseeing the building façade, engineering facilities and equipment, common areas, and garden. Duties also involve maintaining records of unit owners’ contracts and government permits, ensuring compliance with association rules and regulations, and facilitating timely utility bill and association dues payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
Benefits: On-site parking
Schedule: 8-hour shift
