Job Description
We are seeking a qualified HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will manage recruitment processes, oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement performance management programs.
Additionally, you will coordinate training programs and maintain HR metrics to drive improvements within the organization. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, possess strong communication skills, and have proven experience in HR roles.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php60,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month.
