Job Description
Tech Caldwell Solution is hiring a Hotel Booking Chat Support Agent! Enjoy a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00/month, HMO from Day One, and incentives for high performers.
You’ll be responsible for following standard operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting. We value excellent phone etiquette, multitasking, and strong communication. BPO experience is a plus, but not required. A senior high school education is preferred.
