Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including competitive salary, 13th Month Pay, and an HMO plan with 3 free beneficiaries from Day One.
Your responsibilities include answering phone calls, assisting clients via email and internet mail, and addressing inquiries effectively. We welcome college graduates and high school graduates with BPO experience. Excellent English communication skills are essential. On-site work is required, and candidates must be within 25km to 35km of our location.
