Job Description
Asian Appraisal Company, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Business Development Associate/Officer. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Management, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate appraisal.
Key requirements include excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of the local real estate market. A licensed broker/appraiser is a plus. Residency near Davao City is required.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php18,00.00 to Php30,00.00 and various benefits.
