Job Description
Join PM Consulting as a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare sector. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably with knowledge of US healthcare campaigns. This position is located in Ortigas, Pasig, and requires working night shifts.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling patient appointments, verifying insurance details, and answering basic medical inquiries. Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential for building trust with patients. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience are preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of up to Php 45,00.00 per month, health insurance, and paid training.
