Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collections Team Lead to manage our collections specialists and oversee our collections department at HR PH. Key responsibilities include developing collection strategies, ensuring legal compliance, monitoring accounts, providing guidance to team members, generating performance reports, escalating issues to management, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with other teams to enhance workflows.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
