Job Description
Crawford & Company is seeking a skilled GBSC Business Data Analyst to analyze data and present findings to our business owners. You will assist in developing dashboards and scorecards to represent key metrics. Responsibilities include performing research to enhance existing processes, consolidating data into actionable insights, and collaborating with management to identify strategies for customer success. A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or a related field is required, along with data analysis experience and strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Lean Certification and experience with MS Access or programming are preferred.
