Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: The Compliance Specialist ensures adherence to company operations and regulatory requirements while implementing necessary internal controls to manage risks. The role involves placing disciplinary measures to prevent future compliance breaches.
Duties & Responsibilities: This position includes maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, filing tax submissions, staying updated on regulatory changes, and conducting internal audits. The specialist will also represent the company to various government agencies.
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field is required, preferably with a CPA license. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of PFRS and compliance standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php24,500.00 per month
