Job Description
As a Workforce Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the productivity of our workforce. Your primary role will be to ensure that our team is efficiently staffed, schedules are effectively managed, and operational goals are met.
You will play a crucial role in forecasting staffing needs, ensuring that the right number of agents are available to handle customer demand. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling shifts, monitoring attendance, and managing time-off requests to maintain a balanced workload.
As part of your responsibilities, you will analyze historical data and current trends to create accurate forecasts and staffing plans. By doing so, you will help the company align resources with customer needs, optimizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a deep understanding of workforce management software and be able to utilize it effectively to streamline processes and track performance metrics.
