Job Description
Join JJK Realty & Commercial Corp. as an IT Technical Support professional. You will be responsible for identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and repairing faults, and resolving network problems. Your role will involve installing and configuring necessary software, communicating with customers to quickly identify their issues, and providing accurate feedback.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple cases, supporting new application roll-outs, conducting electrical safety checks, and creating procedural documentation.
WORK LOCATION: Ecoland, Davao City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift
