Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and execute recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of top talent.
– Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance processes and improve candidate experience.
– Identify and attract individuals who fit the company culture.
– Accelerate hiring timelines to address staffing challenges.
– Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Must report on-site 5 days/week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
