Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking motivated candidates to join our dynamic team as Non-Voice Data Encoders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
