Job Description

Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our end users. Responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware such as PCs, terminals, printers, and scanners.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, plus at least 1 year of technical support experience. Must be flexible and available for weekend and holiday assignments in South Luzon or NCR.

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months with benefits including company events, promotion opportunities, 13th-month salary, and overtime pay.
