Job Description
LSG Industrial and Office Products Inc is seeking a passionate Team Leader for our B2B Sales Call Center in Clark, Pampanga. In this role, you will lead and mentor a dynamic team of sales agents to achieve exceptional results through effective strategies and real-time feedback. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in cold calling and meeting sales targets, is required.
This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and paid training. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, are essential.
