Job Description

Join our team at John Clements Japan Desk (PERSOL PHILIPPINES) as an Installation Assistant Manager. In this crucial role, you will oversee installation projects, ensuring they start and finish on time while managing resources effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with supervisors, monitoring project progress, implementing training programs, and enforcing safety regulations. You will also assist in contract reviews and ensure timely billing.

We are looking for graduates in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor others are essential.
