Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern at Focus Global will closely collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to enhance our recruitment efforts. You will streamline the entire talent acquisition process, from job posting to pre-boarding initiatives.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Job posting, pre-screening.
- Candidate Management: Pipeline management, scheduling, candidate endorsements.
- Internal Processes: Background checks.
- Other TA duties as needed: Ad hoc initiatives, research.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Highly creative, eager to learn, and quick to adapt.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
