Job Description
1.0 BASIC FUNCTION
1.1 Responsible for the overall direction and supervision of Production Control, Industrial Engineering and IMPEX Department related projects/activities and work assignments.
2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Ensure the strict implementation of all Production Control, Industrial Engineering and IMPEX Department systems and procedures.
2.2 Responsible for supervising the Production Control Planner, Industrial Engineering and IMPEX personnel
2.3 Familiarize Production Control Planners about new products.
2.4 Update the Production Control group on current Engineering Change Orders and Temporary Deviations and responsible for ensuring that changes are incorporated on the production floor on a timely manner.
2.5 Responsible for estimating the Standard Time of products being quoted.
2.6 Prepare Standard Time document of assembly or rework.
2.7 Conduct Line Balancing.
2.8 Responsible for generating and maintaining Weekly Production Schedule.
2.9 Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of Production Operation.
2.10 Coordinates with Logistics and Warehouse & QA/QC Department regarding parts preparation for all lines of Production Department.
2.11 Supervise project implementation.
3.0 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Education
3.1.1 Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
3.2 Experience
3.2.1 Minimum of 5-years in electronic assembly company.
3.3 Training
3.3.1 ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, SPC, FMEA, Production Control Procedures and Work Instructions.
3.4 Skills
3.4.1 Must have working knowledge of computer software applications. Demonstrated analytical skills and planning scenario analysis.
