Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Secretary to join our team at ACME Tools Manufacturing Co., Inc. The successful candidate will handle visitors, manage phone calls, coordinate meetings, and provide general administrative support. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in report preparation, and organizing company events.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, proven experience in a similar role, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and willing to work Monday to Saturday.
