Job Description
Join HPPI – Hive Health as a Medical Operations Representative. You will support the Provider Partnerships Team in maintaining an accurate provider network. Your main responsibilities include verifying provider accreditation through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and verify providers’ accreditation.
- Contact 80-100 specialists daily.
- Encourage specialists to reaccredit.
- Update providers on hotlines and emails.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, proactive, and organized.
