RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
• Oversee the overall operations of Easy Fitness gym.
• Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOP to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Oversee inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
• Attends operational concerns to ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 4-year course or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good negotiation skills.
• People management skills.
• Solid understanding of housekeeping, laundry, front office supplies, gym, and inventory.
