Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking motivated candidates to join our dynamic team at Caldwell SUPPORT Connection BPO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer agreement.
- Share important information with internal and external clients.
