Job Description
Join HEBE BEAUTY COSMETICS as an Accounts Receivable Specialist! You will oversee online platform processes on Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok. Key responsibilities include reconciling imported data for confirmed sales, coordinating with E-Commerce sales staff for promotional activities, generating weekly withdrawal reports, and maintaining daily sales reports. You’ll also encode reconciled sales into our accounting system, manage journal entries for platform expenses, and ensure all necessary documents are exported to support sales and expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, 13th-month salary, and overtime pay. Schedule: 8-hour shift.
