Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- Knowledge and experience in property management and maintenance
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills
- Willing to be assigned in Hagonoy, Davao del Sur
Job Summary:
- Overseeing construction assets and equipment
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of tools and materials
- Safeguarding assets from loss, theft, or damage
Salary: Php 13,00.00 – Php 15,00.00 per month
