What you will be doing as the Appointment Setter:

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products or services to effectively sell to clients.
• Execute both in-bound and out-bound appointment settings.
• Directly contact prospective clients using a provided list of phone numbers.
• Handle incoming calls from prospective clients.
• Address basic questions and concerns about the products and services offered.
• Coordinate, schedule, and book consultations for potential clients and Sales Representative.
• Maintain a detailed call log and report, including unanswered calls.
• Ensure day-to-day follow-ups to potential clients are being accomplished effectively.
• Manage all client acquisition inboxes, including social media, CRM, and live chat.

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good conversational skills.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Stable internet connection and ideal work set-up.

Note: Candidates must be willing to work under PST (Pacific Standard Time).
