Position Overview: Assist customers in booking hotel accommodations while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and booking hotels.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions.
