Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Sanitize surfaces, including doorknobs, handles, and common areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces.

Waste Management: Empty and dispose of trash receptacles in a sanitary manner. Sort and recycle materials according to company guidelines.

Maintaining Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries. Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.

Space Organization: Organize and arrange furniture and equipment as needed. Ensure that all spaces are well-organized and presentable.

Reporting and Communication: Report any damages or maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to cleaning activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a janitor, cleaner, or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
