Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join NEXTVAS INC. in this full-time role. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Empathy and a customer-first attitude.
Compensation: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, with benefits.
