Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Technical Support Representative. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including 13th Month Pay, HMO for you and 3 beneficiaries from Day One, and a 20% ND Maternity/Paternity Leave.
Job responsibilities include answering phone calls, providing information to clients, and addressing customer concerns through written correspondence.
