Job Description
Are you a talented Data Scientist looking for a challenging opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact in the field? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist (Lead) to join our innovative company.
As a Data Scientist (Lead), you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data analytics solutions, developing predictive models, and leading a team of data scientists. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, apply statistical analysis techniques, and provide data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in developing advanced analytics models
- Design and implement scalable solutions for data collection, preprocessing, and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret results for actionable insights
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with big data platforms and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
