Job Description
Belinda Farm is looking for a dedicated Farm Team Leader to oversee and support our farm workers. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00, along with benefits like health insurance and paid training.
Responsibilities: Manage daily tasks, motivate the team, and ensure quality control.
Schedule: 8-hour shift | Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
