Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable & GL Accountant to join our team. As an Accounts Payable & GL Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval
- Manage vendor accounts, including payment processing and reconciliations
- Perform month-end closing activities, including GL account reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
