Job Description
SL TEMPS INC is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist who will provide outstanding support to our clients throughout their customer journey. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer prompt customer support via phone and email.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Assist customers with account setup and troubleshooting.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,00.00/month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, overtime, rotational shift
