Job Description
The Neighborhood Lifestyle Group and Fab Pets, Inc. are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to oversee store opening operations.
Head office: Dona Vicenta Village, Davao City
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct regular consultation and alignment meetings with various workgroups, Business Unit representatives, contractors, 3rd party vendors, and functional teams.
- Prepare investment summaries for project CAPEX budget requirements.
- Facilitate pre-bidding conferences for endorsed bidders.
- Develop project execution plans, including construction timelines and lists of required items.
- Manage day-to-day construction project activities within approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor weekly progress of Special Projects and prepare Construction Summary Reports.
- Attend weekly Technical meetings for Minor Renovation and Special projects.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Construction Management or Building Construction.
- Knowledge or familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, Sanitary, Engineering Materials, and National Building Codes.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Construction Quality Assurance, and Construction Occupational Safety and Health Certification (COSH/BOSH).
