Job Description
Join AXA Philippines as a Unit Head, responsible for expanding our business by recruiting, developing, and leading financial advisors in Protection and Health, Savings and Asset Management, and Casualty and Property.
Qualifications:
- Legal age
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Background in Business, Banking, or Engineering preferred
- Experience in managing teams of 5 or more
- Sales experience of 2-3 years
- College graduate
- Tech-savvy with personal laptop/tablet
- Strong motivational skills and driven personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00 – Php70,00 per month
