Job Description
Teleservices Tech Hub is excited to announce job openings for the position of Back Office Associate. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes a competitive salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php29,00.00 per month.
As a Back Office Associate, your responsibilities will include following standard operations, escalating priority problems, ensuring customer satisfaction with one call resolution, and performing basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications include being a high school graduate (or equivalent), possessing excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Both experienced and inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
This is a full-time position with various shift schedules available.
