Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Coding Supervisor | Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of coders and overseeing the coding process to ensure high-quality and accurate coding for our projects.
As the Coding Supervisor | Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and providing guidance to a team of coders, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Reviewing and auditing coded data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers and clients, to ensure coding requirements are met.
- Training and mentoring team members to enhance their coding skills and knowledge.
