Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join our team at The Human Capital. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls to generate leads, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments. You will also maintain an accurate CRM database and handle client objections professionally.
Qualifications: Proficiency in English and French, strong communication and sales skills, and prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php165.00 – Php220.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
